It is a relatively new elite and extravagant area in Dahar - it has been built up since the late 90s. Now it is rightfully considered the administrative region of Hurghada. It houses the main buildings of the city administration: the city hall, the governor's office, the city council of Hurghada (municipality), the passport and visa service, the transport police, the city court, state notaries.
