Mubarak 6 is a relatively new district of Hurghada, the construction of which began in 2005 and is still ongoing. The area is located along the airport road, and belongs to the Tourist Center of Hurghada. From the north it borders the El Kawther region, from the south - from the Magawish region, from the east - from the Intercontinental region, from the west there is an airport and a desert. The area of the district is 1.25 sq. km, the length is 3 km. Mostly typical villas are built here, there are several apartment buildings.
Most of the inhabitants of Mubarak 6 are foreigners: Russians, Poles, Italians, Germans, Czechs and even Bulgarians. Ordinary Egyptians hardly live here, with the exception of mixed families. Some wealthy Egyptians have bought holiday villas here. There are few permanent residents, mostly people come here for a while to relax in the unique climate of Hurghada, sunbathe and play sports. The area is considered elite, as a rule, businessmen, including Russians.
Villas here can be sold as a whole or in parts - floor by floor or separate apartments. The area is located at a distance of 1 km from the sea - there is no direct access to the sea. The nearest beaches are in Sultan Beach, Steigenberger, Hilton Plaza, Intercontinental & Casino hotels, 2 km away is the public city beach N9 - very clean, so far only foreigners living nearby visit it.
The area is a residential, there is no production here, business is represented by real estate agencies. There is practically no trade, with the exception of a few shops with essential goods. Also, there are no cultural and entertainment facilities. Leisure can be organized only near the house, fortunately, the villas are sold with land plots for a garden and a swimming pool. The nearest restaurants, cafes and discos are a 10-minute drive away, in the El Mamsha area.
