Mubarak 5
Mubarak 5 is also a social housing area, built after the Mubarak 2, and is almost nearby (1 km). It has been built up since 1998. Located along Airport Highway. From the north it borders on the Mubarak 8 district, from the south - from the New Kawther district, from the west - Airport Road, from the east - mountains. Opposite the area (across the highway) is the Nile Hospital.
The area is clean, green, with city central water supply. The area of the district is 0.3 sq. km, the length is 2 km.
Mubarak 5 is one of the residential areas of Hurghada, remote from the sea. Distance to the sea from 2.5 to 4 km. The nearest beach is Old Vik Beach. Here, as well as in Mubarak 2, not only Egyptian families live, but also mixed families, many apartments were bought by Russian and Ukrainian families. The area has long been built and inhabited, there is only secondary housing for sale.
The infrastructure is represented by small businesses, stalls, vegetable shops and pharmacies. This is a typical residential area of Hurghada. All houses are typical 5-storey. Around is only the desert and the highway. There is no sea view here, so the best view is the mountains in the haze. Just like in Mubarak 2, there are small restrictions on the purchase of apartments by foreigners. Mandatory legal verification of documents is required; real estate documents may contain restrictions such as: "without the right to sell to foreigners" or sale only with the consent of a neighbor.
