Mubarak 11

The most recent state district, Mubarak 11, was also built and designed for Egyptian families, mainly for young families. Construction of the area began in 2010 and is still ongoing. The area is located 12 km to the north of Hurghada towards El Gunna along the sea coast. It is adjacent to the areas of El Ahea, El Fairuz and Lolooa. The area of the district is 1 sq. km. Unlike other Mubaraks, it is built up with more modern five-story apartment buildings, in which all apartments have an improved layout. Its territory is vast, green and blooming. Along the area are large modern roads and avenues. The sea is within walking distance – about 0.5-1 km. The infrastructure here is not yet developed, but everything can be found in the neighboring areas. There is no business, production or banks in the area. This is a typical residential area. Nearby, in neighboring areas, there are several local cafes.
