New Kawther

New Kawther is a completely new area, the construction began in 2010. It is located opposite the airport from the west, and opposite the Mubarak 2 district from the east. From the north it borders on Mubarak-5, from the south - on the El Kawther region. It belongs to the Hurghada Tourist Center. The area is small, around 1 sq km, the length is 0.5 km. Construction is underway, and several residential buildings and complexes have already been built, commissioned and partially occupied. Apartments in houses with an improved modern layout and good finishes.
Basically, the area is represented by new buildings, and secondary housing began to appear. The area is located quite far from the sea - at a distance of 1.5-2 km. Houses and complexes belong to the category: deluxe, luxe, economy class.
The infrastructure is starting to appear. The private Alfa hospital, pharmacies, shops and vegetable shops have already been built and are operating. So far there are no cafes and restaurants, but all this takes place in abundance across the road (in El Kawther). There are also many different shops, cafes in the social areas of Mubarak-2 and Mubarak-5, which are located just a 5-minute walk. The city center and beaches are about 7 minutes away driving.
Leisure here can be spent in the neighboring adjacent areas, where the entire infrastructure has been created long ago such as cafes, restaurants, discos.
